1 Subscription Services

Our premium subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial annual subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

2 Listing Removal and Rejection

If your business listing is rejected by our administration team during the verification process for failing to meet our guidelines or local laws, a full refund will be issued if a payment was made specifically for that listing.

If you choose to remove your listing voluntarily before your subscription period ends, no refund will be provided for the remaining time.

3 Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
